Description
Dry red wine with intense aromas of red fruits from grapes in an optimal state of ripeness. maturation, enhanced by fermentation inside the grape grain, both characteristic of the variety.

Variety: 100% Black Grenache
Origin: Finca "la Bassa", located between Vilalba dels Arcs and La Pobla de Massaluca, 440 m. of height.
Elaboration: Grapes selected and harvested by hand, fermented in stainless steel tanks at temperatures
between 18ºC and 20ºC (both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation occur spontaneously), and with a seven-month aging period where the 50% is made in thousand-liter clay amphorae and the other 50% in 225-liter French oak barrels.
Alcohol content: Between 13.5º and 14.5º
Consumption: Between 16ºC and 18ºC
Pairing: A fresh wine that combines perfectly with all kinds of meats and preparations, meaty fish and a wide variety of rice and pasta dishes. It can be consumed at a cooler temperature and, in this way, is an ideal wine for the summer months.
