Dry white wine where thiol aromas from grapes in an optimal state of maturation can be appreciated, such as
green apple and wild flowers such as chamomile, characteristic of both the variety and the Mediterranean geographical area.

Variety: 100% White Grenache

Origin: Finca "la Cirera", located between Vilalba dels Arcs and La Pobla de Massaluca, 410 m. of height.
Type of terrain: Loamy and clayey.

Elaboration: Grapes selected and harvested by hand, fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures, and aged for five months in thousand-liter clay amphorae.

Alcohol content: Between 13.5º and 14.5º

Consumption: Between 9ºC and 10ºC

Pairing: A fresh wine that pairs perfectly with all kinds of fish and seafood, and with white meat dishes. It is also an ideal wine to drink alone or with an aperitif.
